  • The position of the person’s face (to prevent text overlays from covering it).
• Selects a title from a Google Sheet containing pre-written engaging text.
• Chooses a music track from a pool of uploaded audio (explained below).
• Combines video, text, and audio in CreatorMate to generate the final video.
• Uploads the video to social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

2. Video Management Automation

This automation helps organize and trigger video creation efficiently:

• Users can record videos on their phone and instantly upload them to a Google Drive folder.
• The system monitors the folder for new videos and automatically starts processing when a new file appears.
• Google Sheets tracks all video files, marking which have been used and preventing duplicates (unless re-use is enabled).

3. Music Selection & Management

This automation handles music selection dynamically to ensure variety:

• Users can upload as much music as they want to a designated Google Drive folder.
• The system tracks how many times each music track has been used and automatically rotates them to ensure all music gets used equally.
• If a specific track should always be used, it can be manually set in the Google Sheet.
